A smooth, soft lining for tailoring and everyday sewing. This 230T polyester twill has a fine diagonal weave and a light sheen, so lined jackets and coats slip on easily over other clothes. It is shrink-resistant, easy to care for and comes in 7 solid colors to match most outer fabrics.

Sewing tips

Use a sharp or Microtex needle, size 70/10 or 75/11, and a stitch length of 2 to 2.5 mm.
Pin inside the seam allowance or use clips, because pins can leave holes in fine polyester.
Lining is slippery: cut it in a single layer with sharp shears or a rotary cutter.
Press on a low (synthetic) setting with a press cloth.

Care

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Iron on a low (synthetic) setting.
