Which Pen for Which Job
| Pen | Line | Use it for |

| Tiny tip | The thinnest line | Embroidery designs, small details, quilting motifs |
| Standard tip | Fine line | Seam lines, darts and pattern outlines |
| Medium tip | Bolder, easier to see | Cutting lines, pleats and quilting guides |
The pens leave no chalk dust. For dark fabric, use our white chalk pencil.
From Our Workroom
Test the pen on a scrap or a hidden spot of the same fabric first: some fabrics hold the ink longer than others.
Take the lines out with water before you press. Heat can set water-erasable ink, and a set line may not come out. Keep the pens capped and away from heat.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I remove the lines?
Dab them with a damp cloth, or rinse the piece in water after stitching.
Can I iron over the marks?
No. Remove the marks with water first, since heat can make the ink permanent.
Which tip is best for embroidery?
The tiny tip, for fine lines on small designs.
Where do orders ship from?
Ships from the USA. Orders go out from Bothell, Washington.
