At KAHANNE Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with every order. If something isn't right, we make it easy to return or exchange — no complicated forms, no hassle.
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Most items purchased from kahannefabrics.com are eligible for a full return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Important Note on Fabric by the Yard
Fabric sold by the yard — including Jersey & Knits, French Terry, Single Jersey, Rib Fabrics, Denim, Lining, Twill, and Faux Leather — is cut to order and cannot be returned or exchanged once cut, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item due to our error.
If you received damaged or incorrect fabric, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right — replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we take full responsibility. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item in most cases.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time after we receive the return is 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged in transit) — we cover return shipping
- For all other returns — return shipping is the customer's responsibility
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. KAHANNE Fabrics is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or style? We're happy to exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to confirm availability before shipping your item back. If the exchange item is a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Fabric cut to order (any yardage)
- Opened or used thread cones
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items not in original condition (used, washed, altered, or missing packaging)
- Sale or clearance items marked final sale at time of purchase
