Domestic Shipping (United States)

KAHANNE Fabrics ships to all 50 U.S. states, as well as APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipping to U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses are delivered via USPS or UPS, depending on package size and destination.

USPS delivers to P.O. Boxes. Please note that USPS does not deliver on weekends or major U.S. federal holidays.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order leaves our facility, please allow 1–7 business days for standard ground delivery, depending on your location. All applicable shipping charges are calculated and added at checkout.

If we are unable to ship your complete order as placed, we will contact you via email and/or phone using the contact information provided at checkout.

Processing Time for Certain Fabrics

Some specialty or made-to-order fabrics may require additional processing time before shipment. In these cases, processing may take 2–5 extra business days. If extended processing is required, the shipping method may be upgraded once the order is ready to ship.

Specific bulk or specialty items may require additional handling time of up to 7–14 business days. Any such delays will be communicated to you promptly.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Rates are automatically calculated based on package size, weight, and destination.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied where required by law and is calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping destination and taxable items in your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages (U.S. Orders)

If a domestic package is lost in transit, a waiting period of 12–14 business days from the ship date is required before a replacement can be issued.

If your order is needed urgently, a new order may be placed. If the original package later arrives, it may be returned for a refund in accordance with our return policy.

KAHANNE Fabrics is not responsible for weather-related shipping delays.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to a re-delivery fee. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam, additional shipping charges may apply if items exceed standard carrier size or weight limits.

If additional charges are required, we will contact you via email and/or phone before proceeding.

International Shipping (Outside the United States)

International shipping is available to select countries. During checkout, choose your destination country to view available shipping options and rates.

If shipping is unavailable for your destination or item, you will see a message indicating that no shipping quotes are available.

International orders may require an additional 3–9 business days for processing, depending on customs handling and carrier requirements.

International Duties & Taxes

All applicable duties, customs fees, and taxes are calculated at checkout and must be paid in advance.

Duties and taxes are determined by the destination country’s regulations and depend on factors such as:

When duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout (Delivered Duties Paid – DDP), no additional charges will be due upon delivery.
