Pricing

Prices displayed reflect standard retail or industry-comparable rates. Errors in listed prices may result in order cancellation or adjustment. We will always notify you before any changes.

Color Accuracy

We recommend purchasing a swatch first. Color accuracy varies due to screen differences. Pantone codes are listed when available. Lighting also affects fabric appearance.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the shipping date to request a return.

Non-returnable items: Fabrics, trims, cut items, and special orders.
Returnable items: Buttons, sewing notions, unopened packaged tools (e.g., dress forms, rulers, machines).

All returns must be in original condition. Refunds will not be issued for damaged or improperly returned goods.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled if they haven’t shipped yet. If the order is already in transit, it must be received before initiating a return. Cancellation requests must be emailed to kahannefabrics@gmail.com

Shipping Terms

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, territories, and APO/FPO addresses via USPS or UPS. Most orders ship within 72 hours. Expedited options are available at checkout (cut-off time: 1PM PST).

Extended Delivery Regions:
For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa — if your order doesn’t fit in a USPS Flat Rate box, extra shipping charges may apply. We will contact you before shipping if needed.

Undeliverable Packages: Subject to a $11.99 re-delivery fee.

Weather Delays: DECOBAY is not responsible for weather-related transit issues.

International Shipping

We offer international delivery via trusted global carriers. Customs duties/taxes are calculated at checkout and must be prepaid. We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside the U.S.
